There are now a number of ways you can interact with BBC Norfolk alongside our traditional output on the radio and online.

Social networking sites have become an invaluable mode of communication for people all around the world.

A number of the sites now carry content and feeds from BBC Norfolk.

Here we've featured the sites we're currently involved in - so if you belong to any of them, add or follow us along with your other friends.

With more than 150 million active users, Facebook allows you to communicate with friends as well as joining groups and fan pages dedicated to musicians or campaigns for almost every cause under the sun.

MySpace

A social networking site perhaps best known for its relationship with music and especially up-and-coming bands.

BBC Norfolk Introducing has its own page dedicated to supporting music from around the county.

Twitter is built around one simple question - what are you doing?

Within the 140 character limit users write updates and link to web pages they're interested in.
