Predicting the weather is a notoriously tough job

As wintry weather hit the country in November 2010 many services ground to a halt unable to cope.

With the cold predicted to return over Christmas, the ability to predict the weather is vital to the livelihood of people around Norfolk.

Providing accurate forecasts is never easy but that is what Weatherquest, based in Norwich, strive to do.

Watch the video as Jim explains how Weatherquest compile the data and formulate their predictions.
