Bee Part Of It: Timeline of a beehive

BBC Norfolk has set up its own hive at Felbrigg Hall, near Cromer, as part of the BBC's Bee Part Of It campaign to keep the county's honeybees buzzing.

Elaine Gibbs, a voluntary beekeeper at Felbrigg Hall, explains what happens in a beehive from when the honeybee nucleus is entered to when it produces honey.

However, there are many troubles a hive can come across including suffering from disease and cold weather.
