North West Tonight's Craig Lundberg takes Lord Morris back to Ancoats to discuss his landmark Act, which changed the lives of disabled people in the UK.

A special reporter for NWT, Craig was a Lance Corporal in The King's Regiment when he was blinded by a rocket-propelled grenade in Iraq three years ago.

Craig also speaks to two disability campaigners, Sir Bert Massie and Elaine Evans.
