Peter Hook: 'Hacienda lost £18m'

New Order's Peter Hook has spoken frankly about the downfall of the Hacienda - once the most famous nightclub in the world.

In an interview with BBC Northwest Tonight's Gordon Burns, the Manchester musician said Factory's iconic venue 'lost maybe £18m or something'.

Peter Hook details the venue's colourful history in his new book 'The Hacienda - How Not to Run A Club'.
