Paul Levy, the man in charge of the Manchester International Festival's closing Feast, talks about the event, which he described as the tastiest part of MIF.
The free feast for 2000 people in Albert Square saw food writers and top local chefs collaborate to create five world dishes, with everything from almond soup and three-times cooked dumplings to Summer pudding on offer.
