Carlos Acosta's performance at the Lowry for the Manchester International Festival was "incredible", according to reviewers Edivaldo Da Silva and Sebastian Johnson.
The Cuban dancer performed four pieces that explored the male muse in classical ballet, accompanied by music from the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra.
Edivaldo Da Silva and Sebastian Johnson, both street dancers from Manchester, were impressed by the show.
They told BBC Radio Manchester that the show had changed their opinion of ballet, with Edivaldo in particular saying that people shouldn't "knock something you don't know about, because now I've been, my mind is completely changed."
