The show raised a staggering £45,885.50 - a record amount raised by BBC London.
The hit show threw open its doors in aid of the BBC's annual appeal on the evening of Wednesday 18 November.
1001 tickets were made available for the performance, which was introduced by BBC London 94.9's Jo Good and Paul Ross.
Global success

Mamma Mia! has proved itself a West End phenomenon since it opened over a decade ago.
The musical, inspired by the songs of Abba, is set on a Greek island paradise and tells the story of a daughter's quest to discover the identity of her father on the eve of her wedding.
In 2008 the film version of the show was released to huge global success with Meryl Streep leading a stellar cast, including Colin Firth and Pierce Brosnan.

The West End cast at the Prince of Wales Theatre is headed by Sally Ann Triplett, Jane Gurnett and Katy Secombe, daughter of ex-Goon Sir Harry Secombe.
Fun and dancing
94.9 Breakfast show co-host Paul Ross prior to the event said he was looking forward to "raising lots of Money Money Money for Children In Need".
The musical had always been "keen to support [the BBC's charity] in some form", according to producer Judy Craymer.
The fundraising gala, also included BBC London's Vanessa Feltz and Danny Baker.
