Sir Terry Wogan and a host of the BBC's well-known stars share their passion for the internet as BBC First Click helps thousands of adults across the UK get online for the first time.

"From booking a holiday to researching your family tree or catching up on missed TV programmes, there's so much people can do by learning how to use the web effectively," said Sir Terry Wogan, a BBC ambassador for media literacy.

"I want to help reach out to those who have never used the internet so they too can benefit from these fantastic online tools."

To find a beginners' course for computers and the internet near you, call the BBC First Click advice line on 08000 150 950.

Calls are free from most landlines. Some networks and mobile operators will charge for these calls.
