Plans for disabled access at Tube stations 'scrapped'

London Mayor Boris Johnson proudly showed off the new Overground station at Shoreditch on Tuesday - it's due to open later in the year.

But BBC London has learned that plans to introduce disabled access to dozens of tube stations is NOT going to happen.

£20m has already been spent on preparatory work for the project, which has now been abandoned.
