Greenwich campaigner Peter McNeil believes the Olympic act amounts to 'bullying'.

Peter McNeil is running a campaign against the equestrian event being held near his home in Greenwich during the London 2012 Games.

He is angry that UK laws will ban him from putting up political posters against it at the time of the Games in August 2012.

He says he feels the act is 'undemocratic' and 'appalling'.
