Westwood: Camden Market is 'rubbish'

The fashion designer Vivienne Westwood says Londoners should stop buying clothes - at least for a few months - to try to reduce their use of the world's resources.

She was speaking at the launch of the Mayor's big conversation with Londoners about how to deal with climate change in London.

He wants Londoners to post their suggestions on his website www.london.gov.uk/climatechange.

Vivienne was one of the celebrities giving their input to the campaign and she's very outspoken on the issue of culture versus climate change and asks Londoners to become 'freedom fighters'.

She was photographed by Cambridge Jones for the event and after the shoot spoke to Mike Ramsden about her views on the problems of climate change and what she thinks about the clothes you find at Camden Market...
