Masterchef for the day

Budding chefs are to be given the opportunity to compete in a cook-off when the BBC's Masterchef programme goes live at Olympia next week.

So if you were given a tray of ingredients and just 30 minutes to whip up your best dish, what would it be?

BBC London's Jane Witherspoon dons her apron to have a go, with Sir Terry Wogan and Masterchef's Gregg Wallace and John Torode waiting in the wings to pass judgement.
