In 2005 Philippe Sibelly decided to set himself a challenge and study London's diversity. In order to do so he attempted to photograph people from every country in the world around the city. This is Sara from Sweden.
Philippe decided to photograph people from all of the competing Olympic nations. Rose is from St Kitts
Philippe's idea came about in the run up to London winning the 2012 Olympic Games bid. Marcus is from Dominica
His list was made up from the 202 competing Olympic nations in 2005. Karma is from Bhutan
Philippe photographed people all over the city against some iconic backdrops. Jama from Somalia poses in front of the Wembley Arch
Each person holds a Polaroid image of the previous subject, making a chain of images. Brother Jonas from the Solomon Islands holds a photo of a German named Philipp
