Several new bridges, crossing roads and the River Lea, are being built for the games.
The MPC/IBC, VeloPark, Basketball, Village and Stratford Regional Station are visible from left to right across the rear (north) of the park.
The 6,000 seat Velodrome, based in the north of the Olympic Park, will host the Olympic and Paralympic indoor track cycling events.
The Olympic Stadium will have a capacity of 80,000 during the Games: 25,000 permanent seats in its permanent lower tier and a lightweight steel and concrete upper tier holding a further 55,000 spectators.
