The London 2012 exhibition at City Hall opened to the public this week to show visitors what the Olympic Games can offer the capital.

It features models of the venues, videos and an interactive fly through of the Olympic Park.

Mayor of London Boris Johnson visited the exhibition and told members of the ODA Construction Crew: "You are involved in the most exciting thing that has happened in London for 50 years."

"It's going to be the most amazing project".

The 'Construction Crew' programme gives local schoolchildren the chance to be a part of London 2012.

40 students from 20 local primary schools are involved and will take part in workshops to promote leadership, responsibility and presentation skills.

The London 2012 exhibition is free and open until 6 November.
