How much of a legacy did the Capital of Culture year in 2008 leave?

Leading figures from Liverpool's cultural organisations have been discussing how the city can continue to move forward.

BBC Radio Merseyside hosted a special debate one year after Capital of Culture ended.

Guests from Tate Liverpool, Everyman and Playhouse, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and Liverpool City Council discussed the next steps for the city.

The two hour programme focused on how to build on the success of 2008.
