A Lincolnshire based national charity has moved into its new eco-friendly headquarters.

The Woodland Trust has spent around six million pounds on their new building in Grantham, which is thought to be one of the most environmentally friendly buildings in the UK.

International companies like Microsoft and Dell are holding it up as one of the leading examples of eco-friendly office space in Europe.

Julian Purvis from the charity said other companies are looking at the building as a good example of being eco-friendly. And as well as the building being environmentally friendly, it was also good value for money, which was very important.
