Two sisters from Leicestershire are hoping to make the British cycling team for the Rio 2016 Olympic games in Brazil.

Thirteen-year-old Grace Garner is part of a regional development programme and joined a group of local cyclists at Manchester's Velodrome for a training day.

Grace's older sister, Lucy Garner, is already on the Olympic training programme for 2016.

International athlete Helen Barnes met the Olympic hopefuls, their mother Wendy and coach Rob Sharman.
