Kittens escape death at a Loughborough recycling plant

Three kittens have been rescued, just seconds before they were going to be crushed to death.

The litter had been dumped into a bin at a recycling plant in Loughborough in Leicestershire.

BBC Leicester's Paul Bradshaw met the newborns at the Leicester RSPCA, where they now have to be hand-fed.
