Absolutely thrilled The station liked his presenting style and he went on to work on the lunchtime, afternoon and drivetime shows as well as continuing with sport. After four years over the border at BBC Leeds, he's back: "I'm absolutely thrilled to be back in Lancashire. It's the station I grew up listening to and if I was going to do a breakfast show anywhere then this is where I wanted it to be. "It's an exciting opportunity and I'm chuffed to start off the day on BBC Radio Lancashire. "While I was in Leeds I was nominated for a Sony award and twice nominated for best presenter in the Gillard Awards. I've never won, but I hope to now I'm back at BBC Radio Lancashire."
