There was a rare opportunity this week to have a look around Blackburn Cathedral and see the work they do for the community.

In the grounds you can see the ruins of many of the monastic buildings Whalley Abbey's historic past
We visit one of the county's famous landmarks, Whalley Abbey, which is now a religious retreat with conference facilities.
