Roma Creech taking us on a tour of Dover
|
How often have you considered visiting a town for the first time and looked for advice on where to go? Where is worth visiting? Would it be suitable for my children? For the visually impaired, it can be even more difficult to decide which attractions should be on your tourist trail, so we've asked some visually impaired people to show us around their home towns. If you can add to the guides, then please get in touch. Together with the
British Wireless for the Blind Fund
, based in Maidstone, we have created a set of unique guides to different areas in Kent, and who better to guide us around than the visually impaired themselves. If you would like to help us build on our collection of guides, then please get in touch. Either by email:
kent@bbc.co.uk
or call us on 01892 670000.
