Learning to walk at 13 after a pioneering operation

At 13 years-old Elle Osmand from Marden is learning to walk properly for the first time in her life.

She suffers from cerebral palsy and doctors had told her she would spend her life in a wheelchair.

However, her parents managed to find a surgeon in America willing to perform a pioneering operation on Elle. The surgery cost £40,000 but the results are astounding.
