Trevor Taubman gives athletes assurance on Delhi

Manx athletes have been told their accommodation will be habitable by the time they arrive in India for the Commonwealth Games.

Manx officials are currently in Delhi preparing for the team's arrival.

The squad of around 30 athletes are due to leave the island on 25 September amid controversy about the standard of accommodation in the games village.

Team Manager Trevor Taubman said:"We won't send athletes into a situation where they could get injured or ill."
