Island Voices captures culture

What does culture mean in the Outer Hebrides? Island Voices is a community consultation film which asked people in the Isles this very question.

If you really want to know what's going on, you need to talk to the people on the ground.

There are community groups around the Highlands and Islands working to improve their local areas.

In association with one of these groups, Fablevision, Island Voices is a Western Isles Cultural Pathfinder Project.
