SS Vega
Sixty-five years on the island remembers the International Red Cross Ship which brought relief to the Bailiwick towards the end of the German Occupation.

As Guernsey's market building was developed in the early 1800s Fountain Street also underwent a transformation.

December 1945 saw residents return to Alderney following the Occupation, Eileen Sykes gives us her insight into life at the time.
