Christmas Celebration countdown

Christmas Celebration in Gloucester Cathedral
The Christmas Celebration takes place on Monday, 7 December, 2009

Each year hundreds of people fill Gloucester Cathedral for BBC Radio Gloucestershire's Christmas Celebration.

It's an evening of carols with the story of Christmas read by your favourite BBC Radio Gloucestershire presenters.

This year the special guest is Gloucester Cathedral Youth Choir and the celebration takes place on Monday, 7 December, 2009 with doors opening at 6.30pm.

Admission is by ticket only.

The evening will be recorded and broadcast on Christmas Day on BBC Radio Gloucestershire.

Tickets cost £2.50 each and can only be obtained by sending a cheque, made payable to BBC Home Services, to:

Christmas Celebration, BBC Radio Gloucestershire, London Road, Gloucester, GL1 1SW.
