Heavyweight walkers for charity

Mike Knight, who weighs 18 stone, was so concerned that he wouldn't make a charity walk that his friends filled rucksacks with rocks to make themselves the same weight and encourage him.

They were amongst 250 people who set off from Sudeley Castle on Sunday, 20 September, 2009 for a ten mile sunrise walk for the Winston's Wish Foundation, which supports children who have lost their parents.

BBC Points West's Andrew Plant was there.
