Shortlist for county waste plans

Four companies are battling it out to win a £1bn contract to deal with Gloucestershire's waste.

Different types of technology are being considered to get rid of rubbish that can't be recycled.

Steve Knibbs, Gloucestershire reporter for BBC Points West, takes a look at the situation.

He talks to Councillor Stan Waddington from Gloucestershire County Council and David Purchase, an anti-incinerator campaigner.
