Audio slideshow: St Peter's Seminary

St Peter's Seminary, Cardross, was built during the 1960s.

The site was a Roman Catholic seminary and belonged to the Archdiocese of Glasgow before being closed in 1980.

Acknowledged as a fine example of Modernist architecture, plans to redevelop the location were highlighted at this year's Venice Biennale, a prestigious international architecture festival.
