Sluice gates on the River Stour
A project to help threatened wildlife is currently taking place on the River Stour at Bures on the border of Essex and Suffolk.

Volunteers across Essex were part of an attempt to break the world record for planting as many trees as possible in one hour.

There could be better protection for the Essex coastline as the proposed Marine Bill is closer to becoming law.
