Sailing down the River Tamar

As part of BBC Spotlight's week-long look at life along the River Tamar, Justin Leigh hopped on board the 19th century barge, Shamrock.

Shamrock is one of the attractions at the National Trust's Cotehele estate.

The Tamar barge was built in 1899 and has recently been fully restored. It is cared for by the trust and National Maritime Museum.

In his report, Justin speaks to Peter Allington and Shaune Blight, both ship-keepers of Shamrock.
