Breakwater Beach - Blue Flag sands
Breakwater Beach, Brixham
Breakwater Beach, Brixham

Breakwater is a small shingle beach adjacent to picturesque Brixham harbour in Torbay.

It has disabled access with adequate parking at the back of the beach, close to the main facilities associated with a large town resort.

There is a good level of amenities, including a beach shop and café/restaurant with superb views across the bay.

It's a popular beach with divers. Dogs are banned from the beach.

There are toilets (including disabled), First Aid facilities, and deckchair hire.

As the beach is right next to the bustling harbourside, there are shops and cafes on hand.

How to get there: Access is from the main road to Berry Head and also by an easy level walk around the harbourside from the town centre.

There is a local bus service and there are disabled ramps to the promenade.
