If you are contacting Judi Spiers, your message may look something like this:
DEVON Hi Judi, loving the show, especially the buttock clenching, Jo in Axminster

You can contact our on-air shows by sending a text to 81333 and starting your message with a keyword, given out by the presenter, to make sure it arrives at the correct programme.

The keywords will be DEVON (throughout the day) or STUDIO (from 1900 - 0100) or LOVE (for Graham Torrington's show on Sundays 2200-0100).

The keyword should be the first thing you type, then leave a space before your message.
