Princess Anne has attended the official opening of Derby College's Roundhouse campus at Pride Park.
The college spent £48m renovating the Grade II-listed structure which
opened to students in September 2009
The Princess Royal was taken on a tour of the campus and unveiled a plaque as part of the official opening.

Built in 1839, The Roundhouse is the world's oldest steam engine workshop but it had remained unused for many years.
Now around 2,500 students take vocational courses at the site, which is situated opposite the rear entrance of Derby's Railway Station.
The renovated building features teaching 'pods', a restaurant run by catering students and a hi-tech projection of a steam engine inside the main doors to reflect its past.
