Thousands of women took part in the Race for Life on the Downs in Bristol on Saturday and Sunday.
The event supports Cancer Research UK and is held in dozens of locations across the country.
Two runs in Bristol, two in Bath at the city's university and one on the seafront in Weston-super-Mare were held in our area.
The runs are all 5km and the Bristol event featured more than 5,000 runners on each day.
In Weston, more than 2,000 women took part in the event.
Nationally, four million women have run in the event and raised more than £240m towards researching cancer.
The event has been running for the past 16 years.
Runners for the weekend events were greeted by glorious sunshine.
