Bristol pupils set sail on Matthew

Some lucky school children from Bristol got a chance to shake history out of the text books and to live it for themselves on Monday, 28 September, 2009.

Pupils from All Saints Primary School in Clevedon set sail on the replica of John Cabot's ship - the Matthew - as part of their Tudor project.

The idea was to bring history back to life but it wasn't all plain sailing, as BBC Points West's Andy Macrow reports.
