Charity hopes to secure historic West Midlands glass collections

Dudley's Broadfield House Museum and Himley Hall hold internationally-renowned glass collections.

But the prospect of these national treasures remaining on display in the Black Country are under threat from the current economic uncertainty.

Following the launch of a charity - The British Glass Foundation - to help raise funds to secure the future of the two historic collections, Midlands Today's Arts Correspondent Lindsay Doyle visited Broadfield House in Stourbridge to see just how important the exhibits remain to the region.
