Every Friday at 14.10 BBC Radio Berkshire presenter Sarah Walker is joined by resident chef, Paul Clerehugh. A self-taught chef, Paul is the proud owner of two restaurants, holds a strings of awards and includes a number of celebrity diners among his cliental.
