If you fancy recreating some of Berkshire's finest food from the comfort of your own kitchen then read on.

Every Friday at 14.10 BBC Radio Berkshire presenter Sarah Walker is joined by resident chef, Paul Clerehugh.

A self-taught chef, Paul is the proud owner of two restaurants, holds a strings of awards and includes a number of celebrity diners among his cliental.

You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to view and print the recipes.
