The Session Introducing on BBC Radio Berkshire is on every Sunday from 7pm

We know how hard it is for local bands to get the exposure they need, so The Session Introducing on BBC Radio Berkshire is here to help.

The show is part of the national brand BBC Introducing - supporting unsigned, undiscovered and under the radar music.

The Session also ties in with a weekly Wednesday gig night at the Oakford Social Club in Reading.

By getting in touch your music could be heard on air, live on stage and even be recommended to network BBC stations.

BBC Uploader

First, upload your music to the BBC Introducing Uploader.

In the biog section be sure to let us know where in Berkshire you're from, how you formed, what your influences are and any releases.

Once you've completed the sections in the BBC Introducing Uploader an email will be sent to BBC Berkshire with the links to your tracks.

We will have a listen and be in touch if we like what we hear.

Email us

If you'd like to email The Session Introducing with any queries, news or gigs then you can get in touch with presenter Jenny Minard here.

Post demos to us?

We would prefer it if you don't send us CDs but use the BBC Introducing Uploader instead. However, if you are unable to get to a computer, send your demos to:
