Call for memorial to Fred Potts

Late World War I hero Fred Potts is the only Reading soldier to be awarded the Victoria Cross after risking his life to rescue fellow townsman Arthur Andrews at Gallipoli in 1915.

Following a meeting of the descendants of both men there is now a call for a Potts memorial.
