Prime Minister The prime minister has taken advantage of cabinet departures to make the major changes at the top that he had been expected to carry out earlier in the summer. Whether Tony Blair decides to go to the country early or serve out his full term, the new faces around the cabinet table can be expected to be those who are there to fight the next general election.
