Some of the hijackers including Mohammed Atta and Ziad Jarrah lived in Florida during the months before the attacks. They held Florida drivers' licences, and took flying courses in Florida.
They reportedly used computers in public libraries. Police have seized computers in Delray Beach and other locations.
