| Hundreds of thousands of people have fled Sierra Leone's vicious 10-year civil war, in which civilians have been subjected to brutal attacks by the rebel Revolutionary United Front. Most of the refugees are in neighbouring Guinea, the second largest refugee host country in Africa after Tanzania. But war has caught up with them there too, and the Guinean army has been reluctant to help.
