The front six
The front of the train survived catastrophic damage despite travelling at more than 115mph on a bend.
The driver's cab and carriage A remain on the track. Carriages B and C appear relatively intact. Carriage D is leaning further over to the left-hand-side while carriage E is at an acute angle.
Carriage F, the final carriage before the buffet car, is completely on its side.
Nick Sutch, 22, was sitting at the back of carriage E, said: "It was like the train hit something on the track."
