		Priest helps the injured Father Daly, later Bishop of Derry, gave the last rites to many of the dead and severely injured on Bloody Sunday. He also helped some men who tried to carry the mortally wounded 17-year-old John Duddy to safety. “I think he died while we were carrying him,” Father Daly said. Father Daly: “There was no provocation whatsoever.”
