Israeli troops raided a village 12 miles (20 kilometres) south of the town on Friday, but there were no reports of any incidents.
Tanks and troops entered Hebron on 4 April, but there has not been fighting on the same scale as in other parts of the West Bank.
On Tuesday, Palestinian sources said Israeli troops shot and fatally wounded a Palestinian man without provocation on Tuesday.
The Israeli army said the man had attacked a soldier with a knife.
On 11 April several bystanders were injured when a suicide-bomber killed himself after accidentally detonating the belt of explosives he was wearing.
