Belgium
The Belgian government raised just under $450m (£300m) - one third of original expectations. One concession was left unsold as six other groups pulled out of the auction. The winning bidders included Proximus, jointly owned by Belgium's national operator Belgacom and Vodafone, France Telecom's Mobistar and Dutch-based KPN.
